Transit is port to port or door to door excluding customs clearance and production time. A four-day reorder window means you can replenish a fast-moving SKU inside the season instead of carrying it as safety stock for a quarter.

Four arguments a sourcing manager can take into a margin review. All four are structural, not promotional.

Zero duty into the EU

Industrial goods manufactured in Türkiye enter the EU at 0% customs duty under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union, evidenced by an A.TR movement certificate. We issue the A.TR with every shipment, so no import duty is payable at Rotterdam, Antwerp or the land border.

Outside the China anti-dumping measures

EU anti-dumping duties on household aluminium foil of Chinese origin run in the 6.4–30% band depending on the exporter, and the measures have been extended to consignments routed through Thailand to counter circumvention. Turkish origin is not covered by those measures.

Four to six days, not five weeks

Road freight from Türkiye to the Netherlands is 4–6 days door to door; sea freight to Rotterdam is 7–10 days. The Far East equivalent is 30–40 days by sea before port congestion. Shorter transit means less working capital tied up in water.

Low MOQ, no container commitment

We open at 500 pcs per article on most lines. Groupage and partial loads are standard, and a mixed pallet can carry several SKUs, so you can test a planogram at retail before committing to a full container.

Private label

How a private label order runs

Brief to shipment, with a written approval gate at every stage. You sign off before the next step starts.

Brief

You send an article, a competitor sample, a drawing or a target price. We come back with the specification our production line can actually hold: material, dimensions, packing, carton and pallet configuration.

Quotation

Indicative FOB or DAP within two working days, with MOQ, lead time, carton quantity and CBM so you can model landed cost yourself.

Sampling

Pre-production samples couriered to your office, with artwork proofs for the packaging. Sample lead time is typically 10–15 days.

Approval

You approve the sample, the print artwork and the barcode data in writing. Nothing goes into bulk production before that sign-off exists.

Production & inspection

Bulk runs against the approved sample. Inspection to AQL 2.5 before loading, with the report and packing list sent before the trailer is sealed.

Shipping

A.TR, commercial invoice, packing list and the applicable declarations of conformity travel with the goods. FOB, EXW or DAP to your warehouse.
